For judges

The ten-minute judge path, mainnet vs testnet, the demo accounts, and what is live.

Status, 6 October 2026

Plans is in build. Each step below stays marked Pending until it works on mainnet, and this page is updated as steps go live. Claim links and the judges' plan invite are never published here: they are in the private judge field of the submission.

Mainnet and testnet

There are two Android builds on the download page:

  • Plans (plans.apk): Monad mainnet, real AUSD. This is the product being judged.
  • Plans Test (plans-test.apk): Monad testnet, with free test dollars from the relayer's faucet, for unlimited experimenting. It installs alongside the real app. Pending

What you need

  • An Android phone, Android 9 or newer (10 or newer recommended). It works the same in the US and the UK; no SIM, VPN or local account needed.
  • Signed in to a Google account, with a screen lock. Choose Google Password Manager if asked where to save the passkey.
  • About 10 minutes.

The judge path

Install

Pending Open plans.0xo.in/download on the phone and install the APK (its SHA-256 is on the page). Allow your browser to install unknown apps; if Play Protect warns, tap More details › Install anyway.

Create your account

Pending Tap Create account and confirm with your screen lock. Enter a name and pick a country. That one prompt is the whole sign-up.

Get demo dollars

Pending Open one of the claim links from the private judge field. Each holds $0.50 on mainnet and can be claimed once. Your balance shows $0.50 within about a second.

Join the judges' plan

Pending Open the judges' plan invite (private judge field) and tap Join. Spends up to $0.25 go through instantly; larger spends need one other member's approval.

Core flow

Pending 1. Add $0.25 with Add money. The pot balance updates. 2. Pay $0.10 from the pot to Asha (Bengaluru), Food & drink, split with everyone. It goes through instantly. 3. Try a $0.40 spend. The app shows "Needs 1 more approval". Ben (London) approves within about 10 seconds and it goes through. 4. Open Send, pick Asha and send $0.05. The receipt shows dollars and rupees, with the reference rate. 5. On Home tap Try a settle-up. It creates a short plan with the three demo members, adds a few spends, and lets you press Settle up. One transaction pays everyone. Tap Proof on any receipt to see the transaction on a Monad explorer.

Fresh-device test

Pending Android Settings › Apps › Plans › Storage › Clear storage. Open Plans, tap I already use Plans, confirm with your screen lock. Your account, plans, balances and encrypted receipts are rebuilt from your passkey alone, and the three-emoji key fingerprint under Profile matches the one before.

The demo accounts

Ben (London), Asha (Bengaluru) and Maya (New York) are demo members run by our relayer, so that one judge with one phone can see approvals and a multi-country settlement. The app labels them Demo. Every demo action is signed with that member's own key and goes through the same relay path and contract checks as yours.

  • They approve pending spends up to $1 after a random 3–8 s, and confirm "Looks right" once the plan has ended or a human has.
  • They are listed in indexer/internal-accounts.json and never counted in our numbers, nor is any plan they join. See the stats page.

If something fails

  • "Passkey not supported": make Google Password Manager your passkey provider (Android Settings › Passwords and accounts), then retry.
  • A link opens in the browser: tap Open in Plans on the page, or copy the link and paste it into Plans › Join.
  • No test login exists: Plans accounts are passkeys you create on your own phone.

Where to verify things

  • Contracts and tests: contracts/, including fork tests against real AUSD and the gas report checked against live mainnet.
  • Traction, live from the indexer: /stats.
  • Measured network numbers: Why Monad.
